UI Improvements

New Look and Feel

Signing in and loading time

I am impressed by how effortless and uncomplicated this app is. It greatly facilitates the monitoring of my bank account. However, I am disappointed by the long loading time when opening the app. I would appreciate an option to remain logged in to my account. If I accidentally exit the app, I have to go through the entire login process and wait for the app to load all over again! This can be quite frustrating. Nonetheless, it is an excellent app overall! I highly recommend it to anyone with a Napoleon State Bank account! 

Things I dislike

Please revert this app back to its previous version. I find it difficult to quickly review my account at a glance. It does not fit properly on my screen and requires too many actions to view a specific transaction. I preferred the old version!

Concerns

I have been using this application for a year and I must say, it has been quite enjoyable. However, I am currently facing a persistent issue with logging in. Every time I try to access the app, it repeatedly presents me with a message stating "technical difficulties". This has been going on for the past week and it has started to frustrate me. It bothers me greatly that I am unable to check my account balance unless I physically visit an ATM. I kindly request that you address this inconvenience and rectify it promptly.
