The rankings of the best investment banks to work for in 2023 are based on the results of two surveys with a combined sample size of more than 3300 respondents (up from 2800 in 2019).

Respondents rate their competitors' "Prestige" on a scale from 0 to 10 based on their opinions of how well those competitors have performed and their own experiences working with those competitors. • Compensation/Pay
  • Training
  • Culture
  • Leadership
  • Diversity
  • Harmony between work and personal life.
