Experience seamless and hassle-free banking all in the palm of your hand with the latest version of German American Mobile. Various improvements and fixes have been added to this application.
This application is exceedingly simple to use and offers a great degree of convenience. You'll find all your personal banking accounts on the home screen, along with the balance of each one. It also gives you comprehensive information about your account, such as account numbers, interest rates, and interest accrued. I also appreciate that the app provides a breakdown of transactions made with your credit/debit card, including the amount you have spent and the resulting balance in your bank account!
Navigating and accessing the site is easy and effortless. I can perform virtually all banking tasks I could do using a desktop computer with my online banking. With Touch ID, I can instantly check my account anytime I want without wasting time.
However, instead of using Face ID to log back in after leaving the app, it prompts you that your session has expired. You must click "Ok," then log in, and then you will get a Face ID prompt. It's frustrating having to hit "Ok" to the same prompt each time I open the app. Everyone who uses banking apps understands that sessions expire, but I am not sure why it always informs me my session expired. Just log me in with Face ID promptly without telling me that my session has expired in a warning that I must dismiss before seeing if I got the additional cash for McDonald's.
