Aspiration Financial, LLC provides cash management accounts known as the Aspiration Spend & Save Account, which are available to clients through its subsidiary companies, including Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC, Aspiration Card Services, LLC, Aspiration Insurance Agency, LLC, Make Earth Green Again, LLC, and Aspiration Sustainability Impact Services, LLC. Aspiration Partners, Inc. wholly owns all subsidiary companies, and these entities are separate from any other systems. Aspiration pledges to donate a portion of its fee to charities, emphasizing its commitment to its social mission.

Aspiration Financial, LLC is a registered broker-dealer and a member of FINRA/SIPC, while Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC is a registered investment adviser under the Securities and Exchange Commission. Aspiration Card Services, LLC offers credit services, whereas Aspiration Insurance Agency, LLC and Make Earth Green Again, LLC provides insurance and a standalone Plant Your Change service, respectively. Aspiration Sustainability Impact Services, LLC offers business-to-business services.

Aspiration believes in providing socially conscious and sustainable financial products, and therefore, it ensures that clients' funds do not finance activities misaligned with its social mission. Additionally, Aspiration Financial, LLC is not a bank.

The Aspiration Debit Cards are issued by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a Mastercard license. Through the Aspiration Insured Bank Deposit Program, deposited cash balances in the Aspiration Spend and Save Accounts receive FDIC insurance coverage up to $250,000 per Bank. Clients are responsible for monitoring their deposits at each Bank to determine the available FDIC insurance coverage, as Aspiration offers multiple Banks with up to $2.25 million per depositor. Furthermore, the Aspiration Save Account offers variable Annual Percentage Yield, subject to change and only accessible to enrolled clients after meeting conditions, with clients who haven't enrolled receiving a 1.00% APY after conditions are met.

Aspiration offers additional services, such as the Allpoint ATM Locator, Cash Back rewards, and early funds services, but these services also have their additional terms that are subject to change without notice. The Plant Your Change feature is an optional service, which rounds up eligible transactions on a daily basis and transmits the round-up as a Service Fee to a Plant Your Change Service account to plant one tree per eligible swipe through a pre-selected tree-planting partner. Aspiration also provides AIM Scores and Planet Protection Information to clients, and the company emphasizes that it does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
