Requesting an Apple Pay Cash Statement

• Begin by launching the Wallet app on your device.
• Locate and choose your Apple Pay Cash card.
• Tap the information icon with a blue color in the lower-right corner.
• Select the Transactions box.
• Tap the option to Request a Statement.
• Confirm your email address and tap Send.

Downloading Chime Account Statements

All members have access to paperless monthly statements in their online accounts at www.chime.com.

To download or print your monthly statements:

1. Access your online account.
2. Click the tab labeled "statement" on the left-hand side.

Statements for the previous calendar month become available on the 5th of each month.

Limitations in Obtaining Statements for a Certain Period

If you require statements for a specific time period, simply inform Chime, and they will happily provide them to you.

Addressing Errors in Monthly Statements

Spending Account statements are considered accurate. It is important to thoroughly review your statements each period and notify Chime of any errors within 60 days of the statement's availability. You have the right to obtain a 60-day transaction history of your Spending Account. Contact us using one of the following methods:

• Call Chime at 1-844-244-6363.
• Send correspondence to Chime, P.O. Box 611, San Francisco, CA 94104.

Obtaining Transaction History or Statements from Venmo

To access your complete transaction history or statement on Venmo:

1. Log into your Venmo profile using a web browser (not the app).
2. Click "Statement".

You can then download your transaction history as a CSV file (a spreadsheet) by selecting the "Download CSV" button next to the date selection.

Note: You can view your entire transaction history from the beginning of your account, but you can only view or download up to 90 days at a time.

• If you need to access a period longer than 90 days, search for and view/download separate date ranges.
• For example, to access your transaction history for 2020, you'll need to access four separate date ranges: Jan 1 – Mar 31; Apr 1 – Jun 30; Jul 1 – Sep 30; Oct 1 – Dec 31.
• If you encounter difficulties accessing the specific range you desire, try adjusting the end date before adjusting the start date.

Viewing Monthly Statements on Cash App Investing

• Tap the profile icon on your Cash App home screen.
• Select Personal.
• Scroll down to Documents.
• Select Monthly Statements.
• Choose a month.
