This application functions adequately as a typical banking app. However, there are vexing glitches that persist without resolution. For instance, when utilizing the mobile deposit feature for checks, erroneous "this check has already been deposited" messages appear, even though the checks have not been deposited. Furthermore, clicking on "call us" within the app redirects users to their sole "IT specialist" instead of connecting to their local branch.
Dreadful new application
I yearn for the previous version of this app. The current version is abysmal. Initially, my secondary user, who lacks the password, had no access to it through the app. But now, she can directly access her account with the password. The bank asserts that it has always been this way, but that is untrue. With the previous app, she had no access whatsoever. The ease of accessing my personal information raises concerns, tempting me to switch banks. If I had the option, I would rate this app zero stars.
