During the past few years, I have had the pleasure of being a customer at MCSB and I must say it has been an excellent experience. The mobile banking app is reliable and functions well, providing me with seamless access to my accounts. Occasionally, there may be a minor issue with logging in, but I have discovered that simply restarting the app resolves the problem. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the banking services offered by MCSB, and the online web interface is also impressive.

UPDATE: While the app now remains open, there are some limitations that need improvement. Unlike other banks, it does not offer the ability to conveniently deposit checks. Furthermore, it often prompts me for passwords unnecessarily, which can be frustrating. Additionally, despite being told by the bank that my savings account would be integrated with my other accounts on the app, this is not the case. It is crucial for MCSB to catch up with the advancements in the industry and address these issues for a seamless banking experience.

I possess a more advanced iPhone that initiates the application, performs a facial scan, and then experiences a lengthy delay before shutting down. I am quite frustrated at this point because every other bank allows deposits by simply taking pictures of checks (MCSB, please catch up) and similar functions, while here I am unable to even open the app.

My Initial Impression

I find it effortless to utilize and appreciate the fact that I can view all my accounts on a single screen. The only issue I have encountered pertains to passwords. However, they claim that this problem has been resolved and they now change passwords less frequently, so hopefully it won't be a problem moving forward. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant experience.
