Our Cash Management Sales Officer assumes responsibility for promoting the bank's depository and Cash Management services to both existing and prospective clients. Sales Officers deliver stellar customer service, impart technical support, and provide training to clients utilizing Cash Management products. As part of their duties, they provide continuing education to internal staff regarding all the bank's Cash Management products and services.

Sales Officers gather necessary information and undertake comparative analyses for prospective clients' accounts, and collaborate with Retail and Commercial lines of business to create and present depository and Cash Management proposals.

The Sales Officer identifies the client's needs and introduces other bank services of value where appropriate while participating in the annual relationship review of existing clients. They also attend team meetings for Retail and Commercial Banking business units.

Additionally, Sales Officers submit timely requests for new service setups or revise existing ones, communicating the results to clients and internal staff. They render courteous and prompt responses to client and bank staff enquiries and requests for research and problem resolution. Furthermore, Sales Officers evaluate account analysis statements to validate correct pricing of all bank services.

Sales Officers also provide face-to-face training when necessary and give in-person demonstrations of Cash Management services to clients, prospective clients, and internal bank staff. They help team members obtain required CIP documentation from new or existing clients whenever necessary.

Sales Officers keep up with current industry trends, identify potential enhancements and new financial products beneficial to the bank or its clients. Attending regional Association for Financial Professional events is also a part of their job.

They assist in creating and maintaining timely client user guides and instruction manuals for Cash Management products and services. Sales Officers also perform other related duties or actively participate in projects related to existing services enhancement or the introduction of new ones.

Sales Officers provide new business, incremental sales, and pipeline reports regularly and prepare required reports for internal meetings when necessary. They must comply with all current company policies and procedures.

Sales officers will travel locally to visit branches, commercial lending offices, and clients as required, such as making sales calls, negotiating deals, and training. They should be able to work independently and be willing to assume additional tasks when required.

The ideal candidate for the Cash Management Sales Officer position has a Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in cash management sales or operations support in retail banks. They must have a minimum of five years of experience in Cash Management sales or related positions, with commercial banking experience strongly preferred.

Sales Officers have a general working knowledge of collections, disbursements, information reporting, and liquidity management offered by commercial banks. They are familiar with Account Analysis, the bank's billing mechanism for cash management services.

Ideal candidates will preferably possess CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) and/or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) certification. They have demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism.

Sales Officers should be able to multitask, problem-solve, research, and act in the best interest of the customer while effectively managing customer relationships. They must possess excellent judgment and the ability to handle confidential information and effectively work independently, set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A valid driver's license, working vehicle, and auto liability insurance are required for this position.
