No, it is advisable to allocate a timeframe of 5-7 business days for the payment to be sent and processed. The system will first attempt to pay the bill electronically. If this is not possible, a manual check will be created on your behalf and sent to the payee via the regular mail system.
What if my payment hasn't been posted by the payee?
It is recommended to allow (7) business days for the payee to receive your payment. If your payment has not been posted within (7) business days after your scheduled payment date, you have the option to request verification of the online bill payment. To do so, click on "Contact Us" on our homepage and send us an email with your request. Our team will conduct research on your payment and respond within one business day.
What if I decide to discontinue using the bill payment option?
You have the flexibility to cancel the service at any time. This can be done by reaching out to us through mail, telephone, email, or in person. It is important to have the account number associated with the bill payment for cancellation. We may require written confirmation to authorize the cancellation of the bill payment service.
What is Zelle?
Zelle is a person-to-person (P2P) service integrated into the bill payment system. It enables users to send money to friends and family. For further details, refer to the Zelle section on our website.
