Our app also offers quick access tools like Touch ID® or Face ID®, allowing you to access your account quickly and securely. You can view your balances on Fast Balances, which grants you the ability to track your financial status while on the go effortlessly.

Moreover, our app enables you to deposit checks instantly by merely taking photos of your checks, eliminating the need to visit a bank branch. The in-app transfer funds accelerate the process of transferring funds between accounts, even to other financial institutions, sparing you the hassle of going through middlemen.

Best of all, our mobile app is free, although mobile carrier message and data rates may apply. Please note that some features may only be available to eligible account holders and/or accounts. Keep in mind that our app updates regularly, and our latest version, 11.4.2.1, boasts improved performance, bug fixes, and navigation.

The functionality of this app is severely lacking, rendering it frustratingly ineffective and difficult to use. When trying to view images of checks deposited, the app frequently crashes and is slow to respond. Additionally, the design is clunky and leaves much to be desired in terms of both aesthetics and performance. I regret switching banks solely due to the unsatisfactory online banking experience with Westfield.

The latest version of the mobile app leaves much to be desired. The text displayed is far too small to read comfortably, and there is no option to deposit checks online. Please rectify these issues promptly.

Following the holiday closure message regarding the availability of funds using mobile deposit, the feature has yet to function properly. The screen after attempting to deposit a check through the app remains blank with no way to proceed. Despite multiple calls for support, no viable solution has been offered, leaving me extremely disappointed with the online banking services provided by a bank that operates solely online.
