    If I could rate it, I'd give it no stars. After using a fleet gas card merchant regularly for three months, I was questioned about my company and the nature of my transactions. One representative assured me everything was fine because they were just following protocol, while another asked me for clarification. After reading the reviews, I realized that NorthOne's customer service routinely creates meaning where none existed. NorthOne representatives, please spare me their nonsense responses. It was at that point that I decided to close my account and revert to more conventional banking methods. That is NOT something I would suggest.

    How I long to be able to type a zero there! Now that I've read the review down below, I can hardly believe this has actually happened. After a "So Called Random Review" that was completely unwarranted, my account was frozen today with a sizable balance. All of the paperwork and screenshots of my company and its online presence that were requested have been submitted. I've asked for a supervisor and want my account and funds released as soon as possible. It's hilarious how ridiculous these people are. I belong to a HUGE business group consisting of thousands of independent business owners. I will tell everyone I know to never, ever set up an account at or recommend this bank. Whoever this "Rep" is, he or she isn't doing I have repeatedly asked for a manager to contact me URGENTLY and to unlock my account via email, but no one by the name of **** has responded to my requests. Repeatedly fall for their SCAMS Given the absurdity of the situation, I intend to file a massive lawsuit against them and report them to all relevant federal agencies that investigate allegations of fraud at financial institutions.

    It's a con. When I tried to contact them, they locked my account and did not respond at all, so they stole my money. CANCEL any plans to invest with NorthOne. Because it turns out I'm not the only one whose business money has been stolen by this company, I should have done more digging before trusting them with my money. I've emailed them eight times in the last 48 hours; they've replied once on ******** Messenger to say they received my email. Then she completely disregarded me on ********. They FALSELY claimed that they did not email me. Though I have informed everyone I know that they stole my money, I have received no emails about unlocking my account despite receiving four promotional emails asking me to refer people.

    BEWARE There is a reason why this app has NO POSITIVE REVIEWS. For "banking," this app costs $10 per month, which is significantly higher than what a conventional bank charges, fees and all. They boast "radically transparent" pricing, but fail to mention it anywhere in the **** Store listing or description, the application itself, the mobile app, or before you order the debit card. Withdrawals from the account are prohibited other than at ATMs.

    I got this account because I recently launched a company and am paid via domestic wire transfers; however, the bank has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. They have kept me in limbo for days, demanding ridiculous things like selfies while holding official-looking documents to prove my identity before letting me access my funds. I had to provide a receipt from the sender for the first transfer, who happened to be an employer, and then the second transfer was delayed for endless days because they wanted a note next to my ID and who knows what else. contractor This time, as soon as my 00 direct domestic wire arrived, they decided to suspend my account. Unbelievable, I can't pay my bills or do anything because these people are playing games with me. they put me on hold, reviewed my account, and found fault with everything, still refusing to release my funds. When I tried to withdraw $10,000 from my account, they closed it and reversed the transaction the following day. They told me that because the transaction "didn't go through" on their end, they had to return the money to my account. Our records show that the transaction did not go through due to insufficient funds. However, I can confirm that sufficient funds were available for the transaction at the time it was sent.
